PDM has over 20 years of
comprehensive experience in the formulation and development of polyurethane
elastomers, primers and release agents and in that time has gained a full
understanding of substrate preparation and material properties.
PDM supplies cold cure elastomers in a convenient pre-packed sachet form.
This packaging eliminates the need for process equipment as the material
is pre-evacuated and supplied in the required ratio.
The elastomers available and their packs sizes are as follows:
EMC 69T 75g 150g 300g
EMC 69T-20/30 150g
EMC 85/10T 75g
EMC 85T 150g 300g 550g
Applications include:
- For use with PDM's Quickcure Moulding System (QMS)
- Cable repairs and splices
- Conveyor belt repairs
- Industrial tyre repairs
Primers are available for the following substrates:
- Polyurethane; use PR41
- Neoprene/PVC; use PR70
- Metals; use PR91
